NJRA Appeals Xanadu Case to NJ Supreme Court
TRENTON - The New Jersey Restaurant Association (NJRA) announced today that it will appeal the ruling of the New Jersey Appellate Court in the Xanadu Mall development case to the New Jersey Supreme Court. The NJRA and five on-premise consumption liquor licensees from East Rutherford, NJ had appealed the decision of the Alcohol Beverage Control Director (ABC) to grant Benihana Meadowlands and Meadowlands Management a special concessionaire permit to the state Superior Court.
