New I-9 form regulations will be DELAYED for 60 days until April 3, 2009

Please see attached an announcement released from the Department of Homeland Security that indicates the new I-9 form regulations will be DELAYED for 60 days until April 3, 2009. These were originally to go into effect on Monday, February 2nd.
